Processing & Shipping Times

  • After your payment is verified, orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of purchase, please contact us at support@magneticgal.com.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express shipping.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Promotional Free Shipping

  • Free shipping orders are delivered within 4-7 business days (depending on USPS transit times).
  • This offer applies to standard shipping only—expedited or express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Important Shipping Information

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on USPS transit times.
  • During peak seasons, please allow extra time for processing and delivery due to postal delays.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the address entered at checkout is correct.
  • Check with neighbors or household members to see if the package was received by mistake.
  • If the address is incorrect/incomplete, contact USPS to update the address (if possible). We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • If the address is correct, contact USPS to file a missing mail claim. USPS will investigate and attempt to redeliver the package.
  • We cannot replace or reimburse lost items until 30 days after the claim is closed by USPS.
