We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Rules Summary
✅ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
🔄 A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased with discount codes, sale prices, flash sales, or free shipping offers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Accessories such as jewelry, hats, earrings, intimates, and swimwear are final sale due to sanitary reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@magneticgal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund minus the 20% restocking fee.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- If your purchase was made using an installment payment plan, any paid interest will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges if the requested item is available. When submitting your return request via email, please include the item you’d like in exchange so we can check availability. If the item is in stock, we will set it aside for you. Availability is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to complete your exchange. Customers will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label. Restocking fees may apply.
Store Credit
For eligible returns, we offer store credit instead of refunds. Store credits do not expire and are processed within 2-3 business days after your return is received and inspected. Once processed, your store credit gift card will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
